Risk Planning and Mitigation

We provide a disciplined approach to risk management that focuses on early identification of potential risks, development of sound risk mitigation and contingency plans, tracking and managing risks through closure and capturing lessons learned from risk management for continuous improvement over time. Our firm will use a variety of techniques, methods, and tools to anticipate and avoid or detect problems, determine associated risks, assess the possible impact (cost and/or schedule) and develop appropriate corrective responses.

Project/Program Management

We provide repeatable processes, models and tools for efficient, scalable deliverables/products to the project while ensuring they are aligned with the client’s business model. The Firm will not limit its project/program management services to one industry or type of agency as our services and work experience that is offered has proven to add value and greatly serve across myriad of organizational types.  Our track record of projects has included: regional and local government agencies needing change and modernization initiatives, strategies and concepts operations, business process improvements, governance and compliance initiatives.

Quality Assurance/Control Implementation

Central to our quality approach is the body of quality processes, procedures, checklists, templates and other artifacts that comprise our Continuous Quality Improvement Plan (CQI). The CQI documents exactly how quality assurance will be executed and prescribes it in a way that it is followed on a daily basis for all of the program staff.  Quality Control is used to verify that reports are of acceptable quality and that they are complete and correct. Examples of quality control activities include inspection reports, peer reviews and appropriate escalations.
